We all sit atop lotuses rooting deep into the earth
Mud packing into shale packing into sediment packing into layer
Upon layer up on mantle
Earning its keep digging deep
Holing moley wholly moldy dampened caverns
Deep through woman through man till depth do us part
The reddening seas of outer core to inner core the pressures
Nothing more
Than a gravity well placed in a golden locked zone.
Going ever deeper, rolling ever steeper
Orpheus you would keep her if you rid the need to see her
You rid a sea between her
And your desperate need to peep her damn
At last eternal sleeper…
A supernova scorpion o’ nine tails an energetic
Explosion permeates dimension
Not to mention galactic tension
No invention could traverse the vast expanse of space and time
Yet keep in mind that here am I going deep… deep…. deep…..
There’s that word again.
Deep.
Well, there it goes downward spiraling
While worries piling until that aforementioned nova
Turns it all but over
And bent toward something immediate
I mediate the space between decorating time with notes and rhyme…
The first singularity is a doozy
Said a groovy being a little boozy with the milk of galactic kindness
But the insurmountable turned out to be quite mountable
Sir Edmund said because it was there
But where is there when nothing’s there?
In the space between a stare and a broken glare a stellar flare…
An answered prayer.
Squeezed and stretched through the eye of an angel on the head of a pin
You see it was always there
Within
